Parmesan & Pepperoni Chips

Missing the satisfying crunch of a potato chip? Look no further than these 5-minute recipes.



1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded (you can also substitute for cheese of your choice, or extra Parmesan)

1-2 Tablespoons taco seasoning, Ranch seasoning, or Everything Bagel seasoning

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with Parchment paper to prevent your cheese from sticking. Mix cheeses together in a separate bowl, if using multiple types. Scoop 1 tablespoon of cheese onto the sheet pan in small mounds, leaving 1 inch in between. Sprinkle each mound of cheese with seasoning of your choice. Bake for 5-8 minutes, until edges of cheese are golden brown. Make sure to check frequently to prevent burning. Let cool completely, and store in an airtight container. If your chips look a little greasy, cool them on a paper towel lined plate to soak up the extra grease.



1 package pre-cooked pepperoni slices

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with Parchment paper. Place pepperoni slices in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool completely. Store in an airtight container.

UPDATE: I made another batch of these pepperoni crisps with the above directions, and they came out WAY crisp. So crisp they broke when I blotted the oil off of the top. (Instead if tossing them, I just crumbled them and used them as croutons). If this happened to you, I would decrease the cooking time by 2 minutes. The goal is for them to be crunchy but not breakable.
